Q6.
Can I keep refilling the 32oz bottle instead of
purchasing the EZ ALL Applicator/Foamer?
Ans. The 32oz trial size w/applicator is not
anything like the Commercial Grade EZ ALL
Applicator. It is a great way to experience the
amazing way our product works and is great for
on the go, but is not really made to use over
and over. We know once you try our product you
will see the benefit of having an EZ ALL
Applicator. It will save you a tremendous amount
of time & money.
Q7.
I have a foamer applicator, but I'm not sure how
to use it or what the little tip things are, can
you help me?
Ans. Sure can! Click here to download the
foamer istructions with diagram. The Pink tip is
for high water pressure. Water pressure for
60lbs. or more. The Purple tip is for average
water pressure. Water pressure being between
40-60 lb. The Yellow tip is for low water
pressure. Water pressure being between 25-40lbs.
A minimum of 25lbs of water pressure is needed
for your foamer applicator to work properly.
Q8.
How many washing will I get out of Total Body
Wash?
Ans. The 32oz is our trial size and is great
for travel. You will get approximately 4-8
washings. The one-gallon size using our EZ ALL
Applicator you will get 50-65 washings. The
difference in washings depends on the individual
using the Applicator. In the beginning people
like to really keep applying our product to
their animal because it is so easy & fun to
use. It is not necessary to keep putting product
on over and over. Approximately 2oz per large
animal are usually good enough. As so many of
our customers have told us, this product is
FANTASTIC and quite AMAZING.
Q9.
Do I pour the Total Body Wash in straight or mix
it with water?
Ans. Pour the Total Body Wash in the EZ ALL
Applicator. It is a concentrate and the
Applicator will mix it automatically with water
as you apply it. The little colored plastic
things in the underneath side of the black lid
are called an orifice. They regulate the amount
of product that is used. Pink-HIGH water
pressure, purple-NORMAL and yellow for LOW water
pressure.
Q10.
What is the difference in the 32oz sprayer and
the Foamer?
Ans. The difference is the 32 oz size does
not foam and is more of a trial/travel size. It
does a great job in cleaning but does not
produce the foaming action and does not have a
quick disconnect feature. The Applicator/Foamer
is a professional grade foamer and sprayer. It
has a nozzle/sprayer that attaches to the hose
with a quick disconnect. The reservoir (bottle)
is separate so you can pour your product into
the bottle, quick connect it to the attachment
on your hose and rinse. It saves you a
tremendous amount of time, where the 32oz size
does not quick disconnect. If you can go to the
home page and download the demo, it will give
you a better understanding of how it will save
you a great deal of time and money.

in removing those deep down dirt and hair
particles.
Q14.

freeze?

the content in the Foamer does not freeze. As
mentioned before it will have the same
consistency once it thaws out.
Q15.
What do I use MultiPurpose Cleaner for?
Ans. Just pour a few ounces of EZ All
MultiPurpose Cleaner in your favorite muck
bucket and fill up with water. It is great to
clean your nylon halters, split boots, saddle
pads, lead ropes, blankets etc Let it soak
either all night or as short as a 1/2 hour. The
longer you let it soak the more fats, oils,
proteins and sugar will release. These
substances are all dirt. You can use it to clean
in the stalls and around the barn assuring
safety with no harsh chemicals. EZ All
Multipurpose Cleaner has thousands of uses and
is environmentally safe and easy to use. You can
even use it in the EZ ALL Applicator/Foamer.
Apply MultiPurpose and spray the eves of your
home, inside of the stalls, fences and more.
Just spray, lightly agitate and rinse. Nothing
could be easier; you’ll love it!
Q16.
What make your products so much different?
Ans. Our products are all plant based. We
are one of the only if not the only company to
offer the equine, cattle and large animal
catagory a product that has the USEPA (Dfe),
which means the review team has screened each
ingredient in the product for the potential
human health and environmental effects and
that-based on currently available information,
predictive models and expert judgement-the
products contain only those ingredients that
pose the least concern among chemicals in their
class. We have gone to great lengths to bring
you the best of the best in plant based
products.
Q17.
What is a surfactant? Why are surfactants used
in cleaners
Ans. A surfactant (surface active agent) is
a molecule that, when added to a liquid (water)
at low concentration, changes the properties of
that liquid at a surface or interface.
Surfactants are used in cleaners to: (Basically
it makes water wetter). Basically when you take
surfactants (some examples of which are corn,
soy, palm kernel oil), which is what our
chemistry is made from, then mix it with water,
it makes water wetter, thereby letting it
penetrate faster and deeper, but very gentle,
into the coat of an animal. Surfactants, when
combined with water, lift hydrocarbons or
(FOPS=fats, oils proteins & sugars or as we
know it=DIRT) to the surface and we use the
water to rinse it away. Another analogy: If you
imagine taking oil and pouring it into a glass,
then adding water to that same glass it would
separate and the oil would come to the top. We
are doing just that; when we foam on our
surfactants with water, they go to the surface
and lift the dirt; we then use the water to
rinse the dirt away.
Q18.
What are Hydrocarbons?
Ans. They are the simplest organic compound
molecules (FOPS- fats, oils, proteins and
sugars) which is dirt. They only contain carbon
and hydrogen.
Q19.
What is the difference in your products and
others?
Ans. Total Body Wash is made from a key
non-ionic surfactant system derived from soy,
corn, palm and cotton seed oils, their alcohols,
fatty acids, esters and other related materials.
This chemistry was the first partner with the
EPA Design for the Environment program and the
first product awarded a Clean Air Solvent
listing by the California South Coast Air
Quality Management District. In addition, the
product enjoys a very long list of extraordinary
achievement as 100% biobased product under the
USDA BEES program for environmentally preferred
products program. The major reasons for such
success lies in the fact that we have very firm
policies against the use of any amount of
caustic, metasillicate, chlorine, petroleum
distillates, phenolics (nonyl or octyl phenols),
turpenes, glycol ethers, phosphates, silicones,
ammoniates, sulfonates, aldehydes, heavy metals,
any synthetics or toxic colorants, fragrances,
thickeners or foam modifiers. In the most
beneficial ways, our products are all of the
best things that can be said about seed oils and
naturally occurring safe, hardworking
chemistries that provide the best cleaning with
the least invasive safest chemistry available
anywhere. Our company does not mention
competitors by name. However, our competitors
continue to use many of the very chemistries
that we do not, notably sodium laureth,
tripolyphosphates, borates, ammonia, and
aldehydes to name a few. These products do not
clean as well, are known to be irritating to the
skin of horses and other farm animals and
harmful to their coats. Our Linear surfactant
formulation for Total Body Wash is provably more
gentle to the coat and skin while it does an
extraordinary job of removing protein and oily
soils, odors and particulates. You can rest
assured that you are enjoying the very best
product available for the care and show of
equine breeds and animals anywhere today.
Q20.
pH-What does it mean
Ans. There is much confusion in regard to
pH. What is most important is the reserve
potential of alkaline or acid pH not the number
itself. Therefore, an alkaline number of 10 or
even 11 with a low reserve number (measurement
of potential to do work) will not harm anyone,
or anything. An acid product made with a plant
enzyme that has a pH 1.8 is as safe for human
skin as say 2% boric acid is for eyes because
the acid reserve number is very low. As stated
on our Total Body Wash page we feel the USEPA (DfE)
says it all. We know of no other product in the
equine or animal industry that can make this
statement. Always remember that between 3.0-10.0
are considered a neutral range of pH. Here are a
few examples to better understand the scale of
pH: As you can see it is very diverse. We hope
these facts help you to have a better
understanding. Battery Acid 1.5, Lemon Juice
2.5, Vinegar 2.8, Perrier Water 5.5, Milk 6.5,
Baking Soda 8.5, Sea Water 9.0, Evamor Water
9.5, Carrots 9.5, Milk of Magnesia 10.5, Liquid
Drano 11.0, and Ammonia 12.5 |
