Payment
MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover are
accepted. We bill your credit card the day your order
ships. If card is declined, we will hold shipment until
it is accepted. Your credit card receipt will be placed
in a sealed envelope and shipped inside the shipping
carton.
Samples
we do not ship samples.

Our catalog is online only.
Packing
We will pack your order in the safest, most cost
effective method. Whenever possible we reuse cardboard
cartons.
Return
Policy
We want you to be satisfied! We back all things we
sell and offer a 2 week guarantee from shipping date.
Unused returned items will incur a 5% restocking fee on
saddles and 15% restocking fee on all other items less
the shipping charges. Returned tack must contain no
scuffs, scratches dirt or horse hair on the underskirt,
and all apparel items must be unused. The refund for any
used material will be based on its condition, determined
by NAG's Tack & Western. NAG's Tack & Western
will not accept any returns unless we first issue an
Return Authorization (RA) number. We are more than
happy to exchange all items for a different size, but
you will be charged for the reshipping. Please call 740
681-1685 for any returns.
If
any order is declined on delivery or returned by
customer, customer is responsible for delivery charges.
Absolutely No Returns After 2 weeks!
Damaged
items
Packages carried by UPS are subject to UPS
inspection,. If damage is discovered, please contact us
immediately upon opening cartons. Hold damaged items and
all packing materials for at least 5 days before
returning to allow UPS to inspect if necessary.
Privacy Policy
Any information collected in the processing of your
order, will not leave our office, will not be sold or
otherwise conveyed to any other company. Our online
ordering system is on a secure line. No one will have
access to your credit card numbers, as we process our
own credit cards.
Prices
All prices are subject to change without notice. Any
incorrect price listed on our site, will be corrected
when invoiced. If such a change occurs, we will notify
you and get your approval before we ship your order.
All
warranties must be settled directly with the
manufacturer. Shipping charges are not refunded.
Shipping
Policy and Rates
Not all items on our website are kept in stock at
our store. If lengthy delivery times (more than 14
days) are expected, we will notify you by email for your
approval before processing your order. We will confirm
your order and expected delivery times, by email, within
one business day of receiving the order.
We
use UPS Ground, FedEx, or the US Postal System for all
orders depending upon delivery location and which
service will provide the best estimated delivery time.
If special faster service is desired such as next day
air, express, 2nd day air, etc. please call us at
740-681-1685 for arrangements and amount of additional
charges.
Any
order, with the exception of saddles, Normal
Ground Shipping in the Continental USA will incur the
following shipping charges:

purchase total is:
$.01 to $250.00 the shipping cost is: $8.99
OVER $250.00 will be shipped freight free. (This will
include saddles)
Saddles
will be shipped freight free but there is a charge if
insurance is desired. This charge will depend on the
value of the saddle and we will email them with the
charge amount for approval before shipping.
Saddles may
take from 1 to 6 weeks for delivery. An estimate of
delivery time will be emailed to you for approval if
expected to exceed 14 days.
There
are additional shipping charges for Alaska and Hawaii.
You will be notified by email of exact shipping amount
for Alaska and Hawaii before your order is processed.
Next
Day Air & 2nd Day Air
There are additional charges for these services. If
these services are desired we will notify you of the
additional costs.
Shipping
outside of the USA
is possible in select areas only. Upon your request,
we will notify you as to whether or not we may ship to
your area. International freight charges will be
determined at the time of shipping. All shipping,
handling and customs charges are the responsibility of
the person to whom the package is to be delivered.
